Online Payment Processor

the chain administrator can set for each hotel a commission percentage.
The deposit percentage (from the total cost of the reservation) taken at booking time will be equal with the commission(=deposit) percentage set by the chain administrator for each hotel.
So, this deposit(commission) will be taken into the chain administrator's merchant account.
Also, in this case the invoicing mechanism can be avoid because the chain administrator take his commission at the booking time and the guest will pay the remaining amount at the hotel check-in (or check-out). |
| Agencies |
using this module the chain administrator can manage the agencies/tour operators from the system and also assign them to the hotels.
Each hotel from its admin panel can define custom rates and assign them to the agencies (which were inserted and assigned to the hotel by the chain administrator).
The agency by inserting its agency code into the hotel booking page can book at the custom rates set for it.

using this module the chain administrator can manage the promo codes from the system and also assign them to the hotels.
Each hotel from its admin panel can define custom rates and assign them to the promo codes (which were inserted and assigned to the hotel by the chain administrator).
The guest by inserting its promo code into the hotel booking page can book at the custom rates set for it.

A global packages search for all the hotels is available for the guests.

the hotelier can set the "request" status for a room type/period. The chain administator or the hotelier have to confirm these 'on-request' reservations in order to be registered as 'confirmed' into the system.

| Hotel Website Bookings |
The "Hotel Website Bookings" module offers:
A) - the possibility to set a different commission/deposit for the reservations made directly from the hotel's website (based on a tracking code) than the commission taken when the reservation is coming from the chain licensed website. If no commissions are taken, this tracking code will identify the booking source, so the hotel/chain admin will be able to see in their reports if a reservation was made directly from their website/or not. So, the system will identify the booking source: hotel's website or chain's website.
B) - the possibility to allow the hotel to set its own payment options to be available to the guest if the reservation process is initiated/started from the hotel website.
C) - the possibility to set its own template to be used if the reservation process is initiated/started from the hotel website.

In order to integrate other merchant accounts than the ones already supported by the Online Booking Manager - Hotels Chain, you have to tell us which merchant account do you plan to use and give us the developer documentation about it if this information is not available for public access. After we will study the documentation we will come back to you with a quotation and necessary development time.
